 The Franklin Company building at 720 Dearborn Street in Chicago's Printers Row neighborhood housed printing presses from 1916 to 1983. Terra Cotta tile murals and portraits on the exterior depict the printing process while decorative tile enhance the structure. Restored with 65 rental units it reopened in 1989.
