ABC is a large bakery-restaurant. The bakery offers a large number of buns, sweet and savory, for 60 and 70 cents each. The restaurant specializes in rice and spaghetti plates, sandwiches, and noodle soups, Chinese and American style.

Baked rice & spaghetti plates. Most are $5.50, with choice of pork chop, seafood, chicken, beef. Steak and prawns with spaghetti are $5.95.

Special curries, e.g., with pork chop, beef, chicken, or fish $5.40, seafood $5.95.

Macaroni & noodle soups, e.g., macaroni with chicken, ham, or beef, all $4.25 bowl. Noodle soups with brisket, beef, pork, BBQ duck $5.25 bowl. Japanese noodles with pork chop or fish $5.75 bowl.

Steamed rice crepes (specialty), with vegetables $2, with beef or pork $3.75, with shrimp $3.95.

Salads, omelettes, sandwiches — vegetable or chef salad $4.25, seafood $5.00. Omelettes $5.50 and $5.75, e.g., ham & eggs $5.50 Spanish or shrimp omelet $5.75. Steak sandwich $5.00.

ABC also has a large choice of traditional congee and rice dishes, Chinese-style.
