Bullshead is a medium-sized busy neighborhood restaurant, noted for its steaks and hamburgers. Seats about 60. Steaks are USDA Choice, and are displayed in a showcase from which the diner can choose. The steaks are dry-aged for only 3-5 days — others dry-age 20-30 days — but they turn out quite tender.
