This classic California Chardonnay achieves its style in a blend of fruit from sixty different lots of Chardonnay of widely varying flavors and textures from winery-owned vineyards. This blend has made the wine one of America's most popular Chardonnays.

It has intense tropical flavors, complemented with notes of honeysuckle, peach and melon. Barrel fermentation in older French oak barrels adds a toasty sweetness and extra richness of texture in the mouth. The wine is exceptionally well-balanced between lush fruit and restrained oak notes. Extended lees contact makes the wine silky and supple in the mouth, with a long, lingering finish.
