From one of the premier vineyards in Dry Creek Valley hails this single vineyard designated old vine Zinfandel. The vineyard, which is in the hills of Western Dry Creek Valley is owned and managed with tender loving care by Harry and Amy Rogers.
The non-irrigated hillside vines are over 100 years old. The wine is powerful and intense with raspberry, blackberry, ripe plum flavors laced together perfectly with black pepper, brown sugar and caramel tones. Highly extracted fruit, which is incredibly deep and concentrated meld together with well-integrated oak and some marvelous tannins. The fruit from this vineyard has been artfully crafted into a true Zinfandel lover’s treasure.
