Classic Pinot Noir from Russian River Valley is distinctive because it proudly wears a cloak of spicy black cherries. This one also reveals a dusty rose and bittersweet chocolate aroma. On the palate there’s a hint of leather, that brings the strawberry and cherry flavors to another level of complexity. Like any Pinot worth the glass it’s drunk from, this one shows a sweet touch of earthiness. This Pinot is sturdy enough to be served with stewed lamb and pairs beautifully with grilled salmon.
