Napa CA Wine Tasting Salon, Lounge and Art Gallery
Napa Valley & Sonoma Wine Tasting Tours
-------------------------------------------------
The family-owned, 113-acre Ceja vineyard is one of California’s most successful Mexican-owned wineries.
For many years Ceja’s winery in the nearby Carneros region welcomed visitors, but that tasting room closed in 2010 while a new winery is being constructed.
However, an attractive alternative exists: Ceja’s elegant tasting salon in downtown Napa.
The Napa facility—with a lively spirit and a range of things to do—has become a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. Most people cozy up to the handsome light-wood bar to enjoy a range of Ceja’s award-winning wines (perhaps nibbling artisan cheeses as they taste).
Others study artworks by the current featured artist, or become engrossed in Maceo Montoya’s hand-painted mural entitled History of Wine. Still others kick back and relax over a glass of wine while sitting in a comfy leather sofa. If you’re around on a late Saturday afternoon, take advantage of the discount prices during Happy Hour.
Fascinating Fact:
Just down the block is the Latin “street food” restaurant Bistro Sabor, also owned by the Ceja family.
