Hop on at the begining of the tour—Hop off at any stop then Hop-On a later bus when you're ready to continue. Use your pass for a full 48 hours from first use.
The fully narrated tour departs throughout the day and passes most of the major attractions in San Francisco.
Your ticket is valid for 48 hours from the time you first board the bus. The entire tour takes 75 - 90 minutes if you stay on the bus, but you can stay as long as you like at each stop.
Golden Gate Loop
This fully narrated 75-90 minute tour includes a stop at the Golden Gate Bridge. On the bridge you will have the perfect opportunity for photographs and breathtaking views of Alcatraz, Angel Island, the San Francisco Skyline, Marin Headlands, Pacific Ocean, Baker Beach, Sea Cliff and the East Bay.
Night Tour
The newest way to see San Francisco at night is with our open top double-decker bus tour. The fully narrated tour lasts just over an hour.

Your Tour consists of three parts.The departure times will vary and the alcatraz tour make take place before or after the bus tour. We provide a booking service for purchasing Alcatraz tickets. Your order authorizes us to purchase the tickets in your name. You will pick up your tickets at the prepaid machine or prepaid window at Fisherman's Wharf. Picking up your tickets at the machine is the fastest method. In either case, you will need the credit card used to order the tickets as your identification. If you pick up your tickets at the ticket window, you will also need your driver's license or passport. Tickets may not be picked up prior to the tour date. Your credit card statement will show two charges - one for the City Tour or Muir Woods Tour and one for the Alcatraz tickets.
Your order does not guarantee availability of tickets. Alcatraz tickets are often sold out for specific dates and times. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an email from us advising that the order has been placed and confirmed. This email will have a link to your tour voucher. Alcatraz tickets sell out very quickly and often far in advance. If tickets for the date and/or time you need are not available, your will be notified immediately, and your order will be canceled and payment refunded if another date does not work for you.
There are no refunds, cancellations or changes for Alcatraz tickets.
Policies set forth by others will prohibit Sightseeing World, LLC from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. So once tickets are purchased, that's it. Tickets shall be null and void and of no value unless utilized by the customer on the date and time on the tickets.

Any claim for a canceled performance/event shall be limited to refund of ticket price and service charge paid by the ticket holder. Such claim must be filed within 60 days after the event was to have occurred.
Ticket sales for Alcatraz are limited to 14 tickets per household within any 30 day period. Multiple orders which exceed the 14 ticket within 30 day limit will be canceled without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, the management reserves the right to refund the purchase price of the ticket and to revoke the rights granted herein. Alcatraz departures may vary. The order of the two tours may change from day to day.
We reserve the right to offer suitable substitutions due to special event closings, unforeseen availability or circumstances beyond our control. Travel SF assumes no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, road conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee to arrive or depart from any point at a specific time. Travel SF operates under the authority of the California Public Utilities Commission and is fully insured. The operator furthermore reserves the right to upgrade, alter or terminate any or all of our tours due to security, weather or acts of god. This tour should be booked at least 72 hours in advance of your tour date. Confirmation for this product will be received within 24 hrs. of booking. If you are booking within 24 hours of your tour, please call 1-866-641-8687 8am-5pm Pacific Time after placing the online order. Tour is operated in English unless otherwise stated.
