How can I get questions answered if they are not covered here?
If time permits email your questions to tours@iNeTours.com.
If you have more immediate needs (i.e. lost voucher etc.) call Travel SF directly at: 866 641-8687 Ex. 12 local 415 447-8442 Ex. 12.
If you haven't made your tour reservation and you do so while on the phone, be sure to mention iNeTours.com (eye net tours dot com) to receive your Internet discount.
Do you operate every day?
We operate daily except Christmas day and New Years day.
Do I have to book in advance?
No, you do not need to book in advance. However, by booking ahead online you can save money and save time when you arrive.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay in advance using a major credit card; Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, or Discover Card. Prices are in US dollars.
If the authorization on the credit card provided is declined, we will attempt to notify you by email at the email address you provided. The reservation will be cancelled and will need to be rebooked depending on availability.
How will I know my order was accepted?
For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with your E-Ticket Voucher - when your booking is confirmed. Please present this E-Ticket voucher at the Travel Sf Tour Office — 165 Jefferson Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco.
Your E-mail Confirmation and Travel Voucher will be sent within 24 hours, subject to tour availability.
A Photo ID will be required by the tour operator along with your Voucher for security and to help protect you from fraud. The name on the Voucher must match the Photo ID.
Are children less than a year old allowed on the Tours?
Yes, you may bring you child seat on board but not all vehicles have seatbelts.
What is the seating capacity of your tours?
The open top double-decker buses seat around 70 people (40 on top and 30 on the bottom).
Does the bus ticket include entrance to any of the Attractions?
Your ticket does not include entrance to attractions. You may want to check out the San Francisco CityPass for a big discount on a package of attractions. A tip or gratuity for tour guides, drivers and other service staff is at your discretion and not included in any tour pricing.
