Sonoma Experience Tour

Sonoma Wine Tours by the Wine Country Tour Shuttle is a great way to visit historic Sonoma Square, with its many wine tasting rooms as well as California's oldest winery.

On this wine country tour you visit two premium Sonoma wineries aboard a small group tour shuttle. You'll have the opportunity to taste a selection of red wines and white wines and enjoy lunch in Sonoma, home to Sonoma State Historic Park and the last California Mission.
Golden Gate Bridge and San FranciscoThe tour includes a ride over the Golden Gate Bridge. Sleep in because this tour departs at 10:00am — the latest wine country departure around!

1) Meet at the Ferry Building in San Francisco
2) Travel to the Sonoma Valley over the Golden Gate Bridge
3) Viansa Winery & Vineyards
4) Buena Vista Winery
5) Sonoma Plaza — 2 hours for wine tasting, lunch, exploring
6) Drop off options; Pier 39 or Ferry Building

Viansa Winery and VineyardsImagery Estate Winery & Art Gallery
Imagery Estate is one of the Benzinger family of Biodynamic certified wineries. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, and modeled after the charming landscape - Imagery winery provides the perfect tranquil setting for a relaxing experience. The Art Gallery in not to be missed as you will walk through the gallery viewing all of the past and present wine labels from various artists.
Buena Vista Winery
Buena Vista Winery Sonoma ValleyYour second stop is at California's oldest winery. Buena Vista was founded in 1857 and is a registered California Historic Landmark. A $5 fee at this ivy covered stone winery includes 5 wine tastes (about 2.5 glasses of wine). The fee is waived if you make a wine purchase.
Sonoma Plaza
We will take a two hour break for a self guided tour (map provided) of historic Sonoma Plaza. Eight wine bars around the plaza offer at least one free tasting each to tour members (some offer more than one free tasting).
Sonoma MissionBeyond wine tasting there are many restaurants, shops and Sonoma State Historic Park which includes the last California Mission, Bear Flag Revolt marker and other historic buildings. Meal not included in price of tour.
Sonoma Valley Experience Wine Tour starts and ends at the Ferry Building.
