How can I get questions answered if they are not covered here?

Departure Point:
Passengers should arrive 15 minutes before tour departure at:
Travel SF office 2800 Leavenworth Street #14 (between Jefferson & Beach streets) in Fishermans Wharf.

Hotel Pick up: Passenger pick up at hotels in the major tourist areas of San Francisco is available if requested at time of order (there is a place on the booking form) for some tours. Pick up from Airport and outlying areas is not available.

Remember to call the Phone number on your Confirmation 24 hours prior to your departure to confirm all hotel pick up and other tour details.

Return Details:
Tour concludes at the original departure point in Fisherman's Wharf.

Children and Seniors:
Children rates apply to ages indicated with each tour.
Seniors travel at the same low rate as adults.

Languages:
Tours are conducted in English unless noted.

Payment Methods: You can pay in advance using a major credit card; Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Card. Prices are in US dollars.

If the authorization on the credit card provided is declined, we will attempt to notify you by email at the email address you provided. The reservation will be cancelled and will need to be rebooked depending on availability.

Tips, Gratuities, Meals and Smoking:
A tip or gratuity for tour directors, drivers and other service staff is at your discretion and not included in any tour pricing. Some tours do include lunch or dinner, but meals, tips and souvenirs are not included unless specifically listed. In California smoking is not allowed in vehicles, public buildings, bars and restaurants.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher
For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with your E-Ticket Voucher - when your booking is confirmed. Please present this E-Ticket voucher at the Travel Sf Tour Office 165 Jefferson Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco.

Your E-mail Confirmation and Travel Voucher will be sent within 24 hours, subject to tour availability.
A Photo ID will be required by the tour operator along with your Voucher for security and to help protect you from fraud. The name on the Voucher must match the Photo ID.

Check your Confirmation for Correct Date and Time
It is your responsibility to be at the designated tour location on the correct date. Please check your confirmation carefully.
No refund for no-shows.

Remember to call the Phone number on your Confirmation 24 hours prior to your departure to confirm all hotel pick up and other tour details. No refund for no-shows.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged $25 per person.
No shows for tours are charged in full.

How do I print confirmation tickets online?
Follow the link in your confirmation e-mail. Print your tickets on any printer - color or black and white, inkjet or laser. Printing tickets is the same as printing any other document.
What happens if I print my tickets more than once?
Print your tickets as many times as you like, having a backup in a separate location is a good idea. When you check in for your tour the code will be used as a confirmation. Once your confirmation number is entered other copies will not be accepted.

Will my tour be cancelled if the weather is bad?
On the rare occasion when the weather is bad and we are forced to cancel a tour a full refund will be provided.

Will my tour be cancelled if it is undersold?
The tours we offer are all the most popular in San Francisco. Some of our tour operators do have passenger minimums, but it is very rare that we don't meet the minimum to operate.

What should I wear on my tour?
Dress for cool weather during summer months in San Francisco. Tours North and South of the city may experience a 30-50 degree change in temperature from the city. Bring a light jacket in case the famous San Francisco fog rolls in. Layered clothing is always a good idea in San Francisco. Dont forget your camera.

How soon should we reserve our tours?
We recommend you make your reservations two or more weeks in advance, this way you can guarantee your seats and avoid any sold out situations, also your tour will be set and ready for you when you arrive in San Francisco.

Tours can occasionally be booked as close as 24 hours before departure, but we cannot guarantee availability.
